Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

One doesn't choose this hotel for the neighborhood. Classic American craphole area where you need a car just to go down the block because you don't feel safe walking (because of traffic, not people).

Location was good, room was big. I like that they offer free water and fruit

The room smelled absolutely horrendous, we informed maintenance but all they did was spray something in the garbage disposal. We had to get a air freshener from Walmart to somewhat mask the smell, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, breakfast was terrible.
