Located among nature and easy to reach roads

Reception and isolated from guests, when I gave my card the guy at reception asked for my password saying it was normal, which I don't think is safe at all, when I refused, he showed that he knew my password, He charged the 50 dollars deposit on my credit card without even asking if I would pay in cash, until today he hasn't given me back my 50 dollars and claimed that my bank is complicated, but so far he hasn't
