The hotel smells like incense that you burn. There was hair in the tub hair in the sink.

I booked the king size suite and my room was just a king size bed. Its the guy at the counter told me there was nothing you could do for me.

The ridge didnt work, when I told the staff they said ok, didnt off to fix it or change rooms, no plug for the bathtub, when we called about it the staff came up, I didnt fit he said he would be back but then never came back.

The room was dirty with black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom exhaust fan made horrible noises.there were cigarette burns on the phone and toilet seat.we left the hotel to go elsewhere

First off it was not what I expected when I walked in. It is not very clean. I had to have my room changed twice. No heat in the first room. TV and phone did not work in the second room. I was in double bed room. One bed had stains on the bead spread.

I didnt feel safe at this hotel. Nothing felt safe at this hotel. The staff was unpleasant, and other hotel guests felt to me like hourly guests. Im sure one of the hotel guests was on meth. The room across from ours looked like it had been destroyed.

Tried to charge me again for room I had prepaid. 1st room heat did not work, so she moved me. 2nd room had wall panel with light that fell on chair. 3rd room OK Swimming Pool and hot tub both closed, broken.

This hotel is very dirty. There was hair on the shower and some sticky substance on the toilet bowl seat. It was gross. The plug in the shower was also broken.

The room was smelly and there was mildew on the walls around the base board, the sheets had some stains which should have been thrown away. Very uncomfortable, there is two chairs in the room my husband and I slept in plus the tub was nasty as well.

The check in process - the lady/person at the desk was no great and handled our check in process flawlessly. I don't remember name, but her hair was colored and she would've been working around 8pm (EST) on Th 10/26/23 - thank you hun! :)

Room was pretty dirty. Didn't see bed bugs, but wouldn't have been surprised-the box spring had visible crud :( And almost everything we walked by (ice machine, hot tub, vending) had an out of order sign. But it was just for 1 night, so we managed.

The location is convenient and easy on and off the highway. The hotel was relatively quiet on a Sunday evening and felt safe during the stay. The bed was comfortable. TV, microwave, refrigerator, HVAC system worked properly.
