I like it was close to other business and the to the event we were going to.

It was full of roaches, it smelled like it was musty it looked cleaned but the roaches was taking over we would killed a few come back and it’s others. The room key keep messing up and the toilet had messed up the first day but they gave us a plunger to plunge it. The people were loud outside and stayed walking around I’m glad I wasn’t by myself. They don’t greet customer. My fiancé keep killing roaches. The first room they gave me the tv was broken and hole in the wall, and they gave us another room.

We had a handicap traveling with 85 yr old dad. room 122 there was mold on floor, mold or dog poop on bed frame and bedding, trash and bugs in corners, trash under bed and in drawers. Second room 120 there was mold in bathroom beside toilet and above mirror. And this hotel is refusing refund through booking.

The beds were very uncomfortable.
No phone in my room to call the front desk.
No remote control to use with TV.
My room was put in between 2 long term renters. A fight broke out at 1am and the police were called. That lasted over an hour.
