The staff was very kind. I had a problem unrelated to the hotel and they worked with me to get the problem addressed. They showed a pleasant attitude and demeanor.

There was a slight smell that I interpreted as the odor from a recent carpet cleaning.

Only thing positive about this property was great staff and excellent prices.
Negatives:
The parking lot was poorly lit. The second floor where my room was reeked of vomit and someone poorly cleaned it up. The towels show dried stains on them and are as brittle as sand paper. The bed is made up of something similar to cardboard for the mattress!

Positives:
Bed was like a rock. Lots of homeless people which made my friend and I am comfortable upon checking in staff that was responsible for checking in made us wait 10 to 15 minutes after he acknowledged us which was right away while he cleaned in front of the elevators, which he shouldn’t of done he should’ve stopped or he was stealing and come and checked us in.

It was a cheap place to stay I suppose
Negatives:
The room key they gave kept malfunctioning and not allowing me in my room so I had to go back to the front desk every time I wanted to enter my key for them to fix it, the place and room smelled bad, there was a bug in my bed, the toilet kept making noises randomly throughout the day, the walls are thin, everything was old, and the towels smelled like it had not been washed and had multiple pieces of hair on each towel, pillow, and sheets

Negatives:
We left an outfit hanging on the back of the door; when we called to make arrangements to pay for it to be shipped back, no one took responsibility for locating it.
Did housekeeping find it? Not in lost and found. Was it still in the room? Someone else checked into the room, so who knows?
Very disappointing.
