The amenities in the room - no freezer or temp control in the frig, no coffee maker, no microwave, no comfortable seating. I also wasn’t happy with the breakfast. I tried a bagel and an English muffin but they were both too hard and stale to eat. They only had one working elevator. While it may have been quieter on the 4th floor, as a solo senior dealing with my own bags by myself, it’s easier when I’m on the first floor.

Customer service was impeccable to be honest I didn’t have one problem. I had to get up early and breakfast was already prepared and ready to go by the time I got showered and to the lobby. Lastly my favorite part about my stay is the 24/7 fresh coffee and hot water because I am an avid coffee drinker so I just love that in itself, but also I enjoyed the hot water to make amazing tea to end my day after a long weekend of yelling and coaching

I love the decor of Tru Hotels by Hilton. Love that rooms does not have nasty carpet but wooden floors. It was so clean and pretty and omg the big glass door step in shower is to die for omg I absolutely love it!

Right now I'm upset that I got charged twice for same amount for just my 1 night stay that has my credit card in the negative.
