Positives:
The staff was really nice and welcoming, and the atmosphere at the hotel was great and friendly. The variety of continental breakfast was more than I expected and good. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were outstanding. I would definitely stay there again.
Negatives:
The only negative I have about the hotel is the lack of extra seating in my room, it only had one desk with one chair, an extra chair would have been nice, maybe even a fold up chair would have good.

Nothing to complain about. Yes there is interstate noise but that is normal with any hotel.

Good breakfast. Clean rooms. I like the new soap/lotion/shampoo dispensers. They worked well and seem less wasteful and environmentally friendly.
Negatives:
Not great sound dampening between walls. Weird that there was no butter or cream cheese at breakfast, just peanut butter, jelly and honey for toast or bagel option. If there was I couldnt find it or a staff member to ask.

It is right off a main highway. Our clock was set for about 5 alarms from another person. Being woke up at 4:30, 5, 5:30,6 and 6:30 is my reason for low stars. I did not appreciate this at all. We couldnt figure out how to turn them off so we just unplugged it. Definitely need to check them before someone arrives. Room 209.
