Staff was rude and we had to Ask to have new towels and to have the bedding changed. We were there for 5 nights and when we asked why our room wasn't getting cleaned we were told they cater to extended stay guests and only clean the rooms (vacuum floors, change bedding, clean the bathroom, etc.) once a week. I guess they only want month long guests or 1 night stays. Not recommended if you have to stay for 4 or 5 nights!!

The cost of the room! After checking on their site we find booking.com doubled the going price of our room! Shame on you! We thought $159. Was outrageous for a room in a small community!

The window set and the girl who checked me out at 2:30 in the morning with the issue of bed bugs. She was very nice and sympathetic about the whole situation.
Negatives:
The girl that checked me in didn’t explain nothing, was not very friendly. Only one of my room keys worked. The biggest one is Bed bugs.
