Ice machine was broken. Paying extra for parking. Room was hot, couldn't adjust A/C. Microwave wasn't plugged in, so we had to move it. 2 lamps in the room didn't even work. The price to stay here was ridiculous.

I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was clean, it was way too loud at 11pm and we needed to get up early.

The staff is extremely rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. They acted annoyed to answer a question.

Nothing because it needed updated badly the elevator even stopped while my kids and husband were on it

I didnt like when we first went to the pool somebodies underwear were in there on the floor along with food and silverware meaning a spoons the pool looked real cloudy and the room itself needed cleaned better the walls were not clean crumbs still on the little kitchen floor everything needed wiped down severely
