Extended Stay America Suites - Columbus - Dublin

Negatives: there was a man out front smoking and drinking hours of the day. bed was broken it wobbled. the computer chair was terrible.

Negatives: Breakfast was nothing more than muffins out of a prepackaged box, 2 flavors and stale. Packets of oatmeal. Tea bags, Cocoa mix, coffee We had strains All over our old carpet. One of the stains looked like it was left from a homicide (hoping it was from a spilled bottle of wine). The cupboard doors were falling apart, was afraid to open them. All of the furniture was pretty beaten up. Even our entry door to our room was damaged as if someone had broken into it. Both nights we had people outside of our door talking on the phone keeping us awake. Whenever we went to the desk there was no one around. The side door entrance was propped open each night. Wanted a different room, but none were available. This hotel apparently is mostly for individuals/families that are either construction workers, transitioning or relocating . Not for people's just visiting for a weekend . No ice machine, no lobby to sit, no hairdryer, lack of amenities

Negatives: Not being able to get my military discount and asked when booked room and it wasn't able to be applied afterwards due to the communication.

Negatives: need an ice machine

Negatives: Fire alarm going off at 12:00. Checked out after that and will not return to that particular location.

Negatives: Put in room above front door so heard it close alot during night. Nobody on duty all night. Beds a little firm. Refrigerator had a grape in the bottom so not cleaned.

Negatives: No coffee pot or hair dryer in room

Negatives: Floor 2 smelled like a mix of nursing home and feces. Thankfully our room had a cleaner smell but the entire hallway was bad. Blanket was about 66% the correct size. Tv didn't have signal at all. Remote didn't work. If we didn't need it only for 1 night for a military move, we would not have stayed longer.
