Positives:
Was suitable for a night, saw many comments mentioning minor things. I dont have any major worries. The old things in the room such as broken light fittings coming off the wall, again no soap in the dispensers in the rooms.
Seems to be a ongoing problem for guests.
I do have to write about there seems to be some problem between booking and this property.
Where they both blame each other for the problem.
I was told i had to pay extra when i got to the counter for check in. Which doesnt seem fair when the booking is already paid for.
This is because “the accommodation tax is wrong”
In the end neither party was willing to wear that extra cost although minor and no fault of my own.
it did disservice to the stay and for that reason left feeling annoyed.

Positives:
Location perfect for our visit with our son whose apartment is about 2 miles away off Tuttle Crossing. Easy walk to McDonald’s in the Kroger plaza for breakfast. Upgraded room very clean, liked the hard flooring, and mattresses pretty comfortable even though full beds and not queen—size. Snacks and drinks were a nice touch.
Negatives:
Water pressure pretty inconsistent even though shower head seemed new and took a good while to heat. By late evening, it seemed like the trash cans near the stairs were full because people left stuff on the ground. All cleaned up by morning, though.

The hotel was affordable, the location was great.
Negatives:
The lady that works front desk ruined the entire stay for me. She was rude for check in and check out. Without a doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Would not stay at this hotel again because of her. She acted like checking us in was an inconvenience for her to get off her phone- she grunted instead of answering my questions. She was beyond rude.
