Positives:
It was brand new (or seemed to be) so it was clean with all the modern amenities. The one downside was the that the breakfast was TERRIBLE. The eggs and hot food were bland and tasteless. So, I stuck to yogurt and a bagel.
Negatives:
The staff was extremely nice and helpful when they were around. I mean they were great! But, every time I went to the front desk (which was a lot over a week period), no one was ever at the front desk and there was no "bell" to ring.
