Positives:
The room design and space was nice and generous in size.
Negatives:
A few things could have been better with the suite. Cleanliness because the suite was sightly dirty and unkept
with a smell in the room. Also there was thick dust dust through out.
I ice was left in the sink not drained or melted. However, on a scale of one to I 0 I will still give them a 7 because the location and how they handled the extension issue with professional and helpful approach.

Booked a room. When I arrived, they said there was nothing avaliable. There was also a sign in the door saying the lobby was closed for 3 days. I stayed in my car for a night after travel due to a hotel shortage.

Disappointing
Positives:
The location is great, as was the price. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
The room was not as clean as it should be. The toilet sits low to the ground. The bath stopper and the sink stopper do not work.

Positives:
Bed was great... thick and comfy, fluffy.
Negatives:
When I first checked in check-in staff was not friendly, no smile, acted like she definitely did not want to be there or to help me. My passport was at the Japanese consulate in Chicago and my state of Ohio id expired since I was overseas a long time. So, management would not let me check in without the real paper passport or state id. They would not accept any other form of ID including my Ohio State University student id with photo, my DD214, my FAA pilot license, nor my social security card. I had to argue with the manager to get help. I had a copy of my passport, but that was unacceptable. Finally, the manager said if I could find a notary public and have the copy of my passport notarized, then ok. After 2 hours on a Friday evering at 8 pm I finally found a mobile notary and was able to check in. But really, was the hotel's requirement really necessary? Wow, what a hassle!!

Positives:
The location is great when I come into town to visit family.
Negatives:
It was actually very dirty and the kitchen was not supplied with anything including a coffee maker in the living room was very uncomfortable. I'm not sure what that futon thing was, but you really couldn't sit in the living room and watch TV.
