Positives:
I've stayed there before, and currently rent a room here for some friends. Staff was very accommodating. Front desk guy accidentally almost walked unto our room via our $ so it really cut down on cost.
Negatives:
It was a little dirty, we had to change rooms twice due to the hear or ac unit not working at all, our last room the door didn't meet flush with the frame, finally realized the door was off its top hinge like the bolts had been loosened, stayed anyway

The location was great for the Dublin event we attended. The. front desk employee was also very friendly and helpful.

Most everything. There was a horrible smell in our room and throughout the whole hotel, there were no lightbulbs in either bedside lamp, the bed was extremely stiff and one of the most uncomfortable I have slept in, there are no elevators & no breakfast..

Its cheap in the very sense. The bathroom sink was clogged. On lamp had a broken lamp.

Positives:
It was nice to have some packaged food choices in the morning. Though the building shows its age, the room was squeaky clean, which I appreciated. The front desk personnel were exceptional both at check-in and check-out.
Negatives:
Its an old building, so no soundproofing. Even with the AC running full-fan right next to the bed, doors slamming and people in the corridor meant I needed ear plugs to sleep.
