Good location, friendly and helpful staff
Negatives:
The pillows were flat and hard. After the first night, I asked if I could get new ones. The front desk employee was very kind and got me new pillows, but they werent much better.

It was horribly outdated. There was a weird smell on the 2nd floor. The door to our room looked as though it had been broken into at some point. The mattresses was terrible.

It was in a great location, near the school and shopping and lots of places to eat. Also the room had everything I needed to prepare my own food.

There was nothing to like. It was dirty, nasty, gross, unclean and room wasn't ever made ready or sanitary for new guest. I'm hoping I don't have bedbugs now. Just awful and gross, food left in sink, dirty bathroom, DNA everywhere. Overcharged as well

Good property and facilities. If all you are going to do is sleep, it is more than what you need. Not fancy or one of those properties that has a pool, gym, etc. It does provide solid, comfortable facility that lets you concentrate on your visit to the area rather than wastefully spend money on facilities that are in the end not necessary. The one bed room was surprisingly large, which made my stay even more comfortable. I will look for this company in my future visits to other places.

Although asked immediately if I needed a couch in my room, I declined as a couple of chairs would be sufficient. I was wrong, but this was not their fault. Additionally, I was provided a room that had a broken coffee table.
