I've stayed at this location several times when coming into town to visit family. Clean, quiet, and simple. The staff is always very nice.
Negatives:
Occasionally there are loud guests. Nothing over the top but minor annoyances. The rooms are pretty good for noise dampening.

Pleasent quiet place to stay
Positives:
This is a basic accommodation. Clean and tidy but in need of a good refurbishment. It is very dated but ideal for just a base.
Negatives:
The room smelt as though smoking had been allowed in the past. Needs updating. No mugs, kettle or cutlery no point having a kitchen with basics. Should not have to request these items. They should be standard.

No elevator that I saw...the pull out couch sofa was disgusting, so my child had to sleep between us.

Positives:
I have stayed at this location twice. It is clean and quiet. I love that I can cook my own food and not have to buy unhealthy food out. There are laundry facilities on site which come in handy. I've stayed in 2 different rooms and they have been clean and in good repair.
Negatives:
Only once have I been disturbed by noise and staff managed it pretty quickly. It wasn't late night noise either, it was during the early morning. Parking gets a little crowded but I have always been able to find a spot.
