After Wednesday, Nov 27th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 27, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: I've stayed at this location several times when coming into town to visit family. Clean, quiet, and simple. The staff is always very nice.

Negatives: Occasionally there are loud guests. Nothing over the top but minor annoyances. The rooms are pretty good for noise dampening.

Positives: This is a basic accommodation. Clean and tidy but in need of a good refurbishment. It is very dated but ideal for just a base.

Negatives: The room smelt as though smoking had been allowed in the past. Needs updating. No mugs, kettle or cutlery no point having a kitchen with basics. Should not have to request these items. They should be standard.
