The charged me 2xs. Took almost a week for it to credit back on my acct. Was told by gentleman at front desk breakfast was till 930. It wasn't. We missed it. Fire alarm was set off early in morning manager was sweet. She has offered to make our next stay better. Just wasn't the best experience

A guest was holding a very dirty looking dog at the breakfast bar. Not one employee said a word to him. We avoided the cooked items. We were uncomfortable, especially my daughter, who has anxiety about germs. A dog was constantly barking in the room next to us.
