Breakfast was just good. Not enough seating for the amount of people. Some were sitting in the lobby to eat.
Negatives:
The handicap room was sub par. Bed too low to the floor. Soft bed. TV could not be seen well from the sofa, only the bed.
No place to set toiletries in bathroom. Tub too high for handicap. Needs a walk in shower.
Unfortunately, I paid over $400 for this room and was way over priced! Apparently it was due to the Eclipse hype. But, those of us traveling home g from Florida, way too much money!!!
The staff was extremely friendly though.

Disappointed at the price of...
Positives:
The space in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful; especially our room cleaner; She was wonderful! The room was mostly clean.
Negatives:
The breakfast was not good. The pull out full size sofa bed was horrible! It was not the typical pull out sofa - when you opened the bed there is no mattress - extemely hard and uncomfortable. These need to be replaced.

Very cheap building. I expected more from Marriott. Extra pull out bed was a joke and not usable. Overall disappointing. Should have stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

The property is very good. The rooms are very clean and has all the amenities that would require to stay up in the hotel with comfort. All that a person needs to stay in the room was available like a fully functional kitchen, a good washroom, study/ work area, TV with good choice of channels. etc. There are many nearby places (walking distance) to buy the necessities or dine out.
Negatives:
What I did not like was the WIFI connectivity. Sometimes the connectivity goes weak in my room. I had another friend staying in another room. He said his WIFI connection is good. So it may be certain rooms problem. Though I haven't complained to anyone about it but if I did then may be the problem could have been resolved.
