Pool wasnt open and when you walked in the room it was very warm and took forever to cool down cause they had the heat on and not air conditioning

Nothing the front desk workers planned to take my money by forcing me to pay a safety deposit in cash instead of paying on my card, then the next day when it was time to check out they already had it planned to refuse it by playing the you did this game

The morning staff was really nice. I think they just renovated it so everything was fairly clean. Breakfast had enough selections.

I had to unplug the refrigerator because it rattled when it turned on and would wake me up.
