Negatives: The place is a little worn and tattered. The hallways looked dirty, the room was musty and the air conditioning was inadequate. The decor was sparse, and there wasn't an ice machine on the second floor. There was also an unexpected demand for a $100.00 cash deposit for using a debit card!

Positives: Location was perfect for my trip.

Negatives: Advertised breakfast they didn't have. Toilet had dirt ring. A/C was really loud every time it kicked on and rattled. Didn't clean room until after 4pm. Had to call front desk at 3 am as neighbors were making lots of noise one set of stairs in whole complex
