Leaving it was the worst stay I ever had there

The fire alarm went off for 5 hours Non-Stop then the computers were down when tried to check in and then the step the lady was rude and just nasty and like I check out time like can bang on the door 20 minutes before check out that we had to be out in 20 minutes and we better be out and I attitude then came back and shooting watch them leaving and it was 5 minutes after 12:00 like and this was completely nasty and rude

The coffee in the morning is grab and go, there is no food just coffee itself. I was told that there was going to be coffee in the morning until 9:30. I arrived there not even 9 and they run out, the receptionist said that it was too close to 9:30 to make more. I talked to someone staying there, he said that they had been out of coffee since 08:30 when he arrived there. So that was not Ok for me.

If you went outside to wait for other family members to pick you up, you have to sit on the curb. No chairs in lobby no chairs outside. Smokers have no place to sit, lean or be comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. Nothing fresh everything in packages.
