The lock to adjoining room did not latch. The manager knew there was a problem with the lock and did not care or offer to fix it. We felt very unsafe and scared that someone would enter our room without our acknowledgment. We strongly believe there were two-way mirrors or cameras that would spy on us or invade our privacy. The whole experience was very CREEPY. We left the property immediately; the manager refused to help us, and he refused to provide us with a refund. Most of all he didn't have a nametag and refused to provide his name.
Also, the property was advertised with bathtubs, but the tubs did not have stoppers or plugs. When I asked about a plug for the bathtub, the manger got upset and said all the bathtubs in the property did not have plugs. We traveled over 12 hours with small children (one five months and one toddler) so a bathtub was extremely important us.
