Positives:
The night receptionist Shelly was fast and efficient. While the morning receptionist who is in a wheelchair was friendly and cheerful and listened to our concerns about our room. We appreciated both for how they were so keen on aiding us with our stay.
Negatives:
The main entrance was not clearly marked. Our special request was lightly accommodated. We asked for an accessibility room if possible. We had a handle to get in and out of the bath tub/shower but the door was too big for the frame so it wouldn’t close and if forced would result in someone stuck in the bathroom unless force was used to practically break your way in. This could really hurt someone if not fixed soon.
