This night’s accommodation experience was the worst I’ve had in over 20 years of traveling across Asia, Europe, the Americas, Oceania, and more than 30 countries, staying in hundreds of hotels. The staff here were completely unprofessional, ill-mannered, and lacked any sense of professional ethics. They failed to properly read the details clearly stated on the guest’s order, yet still had the audacity to shout at the customer. It’s truly unbelievable.

The surrounding rooms were excessively noisy and the hotel didn't do anything about it.

The receptionist was friendly but double-charged me for the room.
Negatives:
I was double charged for the room. When we got to the room there was dry urine on the toilet seat and all around it as well, hair in the sink and the tub. The refrigerator would not get cold but the ice box had 2 inches of ice built up on it. There was a hole in the wall behind the bathroom door and the bed was like sleeping on boards. The lot felt shady as heck and we were worried about our vehicle. If you are in a pinch and you have no other chioice its better than sleeping in your car I guess.

The pancake machine was something we never saw before that makes fresh hot pancakes. The hot coffee was good along with the variety of juices and yogurts.
Negatives:
It would be nice to have some sugar free options such as syrup, cereal, etc. Breakfast would be improved with hot items such as eggs of some sort, sausage/bacon, biscuit and gravy, etc.
