The “hot breakfast” was a joke. The only hot things were sausage gravy and eggs, eggs were good, not hot. Coffee in the urn was lukewarm. Undrinkable. No regular cream, just flavored . A few kind of soggy tiny muffins. Really sad

The best breakfast--denver omelet, biscuit were delicious. Nice selection of yogurts. The birthday cake waffles. Didn't have any of those, but have never seen offered before.

The main lobby has a smell I can not describe awful! The breakfast was the worst I have ever had in my life. I wouldn’t even bother making that for someone it was rubber sausage the eggs were not scrammed but like a folded burnt omelet and the hash browns was more less chopped up old boiled potatoes yuk. I couldn’t even stomach it had to throw it away

We booked through your site and never received what we booked we booked a king suite and they did not have the room when we arrived and we arrived with a cancer patient in a wheelchair. When they put us in a room with two queens the thermostat did not work then they had to bump us to a room on the other side of that room's wall this was a horrible experience and my mom was coming to get a chemo treatment and I am furious with booking.com and the Hampton inn in Hilliard Ohio!!!

I booked Ada room , my husband is wheelchair bound , cannot walk at all, asked for 1 st floor, was told that it was filled , even though I booked way in advance and was told it was ok,if there was a fire I would I'd be stranded, no way to get him out of hotel being on 4th floor,and the floor was under construction and the room was dated for !98.00 a nite!
