when I went to check in, there was a note on the front desk notifying us there was no hot water/I asked if I would get a refund for my room/he said I would/still waiting

We did not stay we ended up leaving due to how dirty the room was

Had to change rooms. Bedclothes were damp. Roaches in the bathroom. Toilet would not flush properly. Most items in the continental breakfast were stale. Staff not very helpful.
