A bed bug was found in our bed. This was immediately brought to the hotels attention and they moved us to another room. The kids running around the hotel throwing food was totally disrespectful. Of course this was not the hotel's fault.

The hotel was beautiful. Everyone was polite and friendly. The breakfast chef was over the top. His spirit was extremely wonderful. The rooms were very clean. I will definitely be visiting this hotel everytime I come back.

The Front Desk was a little less friendly at check in. Normally, the staff is extremely gracious.

Very clean hotel. Very nice staff. Great breakfast made to order. Location to Cleveland Clinic is only about 10-15 min away with normal traffic, without being in the thick of the downtown area.

We have stayed here many times in the past and have always enjoyed staying here. Having a "real" hot breakfast available has always been a real treat. The 2 room suite is so nice! The staff is always pleasant and helpful.
Negatives:
The Happy Hour was nice, plenty of snacks but they only offered Bud and Bud Light. The quality of the bath linen and the see-thru toilet paper were a surprise. (We actually bought TP for our use.)

Not sure where to start the chairs blocking my room the soiled carpet things falling from the wall in the restroom... The rude check in.. no towels you had to go get them yourself or the awful breakfast I paid extra so I didn't have to go out backfired

It's gone down the manager or regional didn't bother to call me back about my concerns so going to corporate
