Our room had a full kitchen, extra chairs and was comfortable. The staff seemed friendly.
Negatives:
Breakfast was over at nine thirty and vending machines were off at night and in the morning. This is a value hotel and is gppd for a short stay.

Positives:
The check in staff was wonderful. When they found out we were there due to medical emergency they were so very nice and accommodating. The location was very good. The room was comfortable. We loved the fact that the hotel was pet friendly as we had an emotional support dog with us.
Negatives:
We only had one experience that wasn't good. When ask about coffee a staff member wasn't very helpful. But that staff member could have just been having a bad day and we definitely won't judge the entire staff on one person's bad day.

The room is big and the bed is comfortable.
Negatives:
I arrived on a Friday during the summer, and I was expecting to relax in the pool with my family but I was told the pool was closed. Also, the parking lot was undergoing a renovation and we had to find another place to park.
They should inform people about this before, so I could have the chance to stay in another hotel.

The suite we had suited our trip perfectly for 5 people. Great location for our activities in that area.

The room smelled strongly of cooked fish so we needed to go buy air fresheners to try to reduce the smell. All vending machines were out of order.

Positives:
Hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in (I travel all over the country at least six times a year). Had my dog with me and everyone was very sweet to him. Every staff member I encountered was so pleasant and cheerful. Quiet location and easy to get everywhere we wanted to visit in Cleveland area (no more than a 20 minute drive in most cases). Pool and fitness center were well maintained and grounds were clean impeccable. There was even an outdoor grill available (though we didn’t use). Only downside was vending machines were out of order, but that was minor.
