Positives:
The room was very clean. A bit uncomfortable with the layout of the room but no big deal.
Negatives:
Staff was a bit unpleasant at check in, not very friendly at first. $100 deposit for simple silverware, dishes and stuff is a bit excessive in our opinion. Plus the advertisement says it'll be delivered to the room upon request i was told "The What?...oh...tch..you'll have to come down and get it and it'll post a $100 fund on your account." To top the whole thing off, the rules...? We understand the concept of being decent humans and respectful but the fees are a bit ridiculous. Excessive trash fee? What's considered Excessive trash? Loud Noises fee? Sure whatever but are we supposed to know what's too loud?

the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
There was no hairdryer in the room, I had to hunt one down at the front desk. No coffee maker in the room, which was ok, but then they turn off the coffee maker in the breakfast area at 9:30, so no refills. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. But for the price of the room, I was ok with the breakfast but not the coffee.

We got there and they said “Oh sorry we overbooked and there are no rooms!” Like really that’s it ? Not genuine in any way and the guy didn’t even look up from the computer when saying so! Hours from home and we end up spending a lot of time trying to find another not outrageous in price and not disgusting! Not ok! Not a phone call nothing to let us know. But conveniently email message showed up 4 mins later in the parking lot after we left front desk. Hmm, messed up much?!
