Pretty clean and spacious. Upgraded in comparison to other Extended Stays.
Negatives:
Walls are extremely thin. We were in the room right next to the stairwell and could hear kids running up and down the stairs late at night. Woke up to dogs barking a few doors down the hall.

The worst experience I ever had in my long life, while traveling to every continent. The most rude and incompetent receptionist (manager) I ever met. Our room was given to another person, even we paid before the whole price and called and write about late arrival. After waiting for a very long time, while the receptionist wanted to cancel our reservation, we received the room with no number and dirty floor. The security deposit of $108 was returned after 20 days after I called to the front desk and sales manager.

Positives:
Close to Cleveland Clinic. The kitchenette made my stay more comfortable. Staff goes out of their way to accommodate special requests.
Negatives:
Staffing, which is out of the employees control, is an issue. Staff is pleasant for all of the bureaucratic office management. Upper, upper management needs to stop taking financial losses out on management. Don’t worry, I’m sure the shareholders will manage to survive.
