Water leak on carpet, carpet all wet. Maintenance never came and no other rooms were available until we left. Room smelled, maybe mold?

Need to fix alarm clock dose not light up and light in entry way when you first walk in.. Have more waffle mix and /or better waffle maker. Seem to be not working or in order around 9 o'clock am
