The overwhelming smell of pot in the hallway. We had to put a towel on the floor at the bottom of our door to keep it out of our room. It was very disappointing because we chose this hotel based on the statement that they will charge 250$ for smoking in the hotel. Obviously that is not being followed.

the rooms were small, it wasn't like the other La Quinta, paint chipped on the ceiling, shower curtain gad mold in them, it had a smell, and the first room had dirty sheets on the beds

Positives:
The room was very nice, large and clean..nice updates. Much to my surprise, it was better than I expected since the price was so much lower than the Holiday Inn across the street, where my class reunion met in their lounge. I also liked the convenience of a checkout time of 12 noon.
