Key cards NEVER WORKED! Staff had to come open our door. My cousin & I could NEVER leave the room @ the same time ‘til we left for the concert & coming back to hotel after concert staff AGAIN had to come to the room to open door, which meant he had to LEAVE THE DESK UNATTENDED!! Not cool @ all. Staff was excellent though, ALWAYS ACCOMMODATING!! Jay & the rest of the staff SUPER HELPFUL!! Jay was instrumental in getting us TO & FROM the concert;stayed on phone with UBER DRIVER to make sure we got back to the hotel safely. Jay was absolutely wonderful/helpful ! The keycard situation was the only thing that put a downer on the stay.As soon as friday night desk person saw FLASHING LIGHT on key pad he knew the PAD needed a new battery. Maintenance came the morning of checkout to replace key pad

Location was good next to some restaurants and gas stations and next to freeway

The bed needed to be flipped over to due having a large dip like somebody 600 lbs slept in 1 spot for a year..the front desk clerk on 3rd shift told us to hush/ be quiet he couldn’t hear guests while we was seating in lobby but he had the music loudly..we had no towels.. long blonde hairs in the shower and on shower curtain
