Base boards in the bathroom dirty. No conditioner. Walls are paper thin, literally woke up by the next room all hours of the night. Pillows were hard. The AC was terrible. Overbearing scent to cover up something.

The location was great and the price was fantastic. Parking was free which is a huge plus. Walking distance to restaurants. I appreciated having a fridge and a microwave in the room.
Negatives:
The shower was poor. Made a lot of noise while using. There was no conditioner in the shower. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. It perpetually smelled like weed in the hallway.

Key cards NEVER WORKED! Staff had to come open our door. My cousin & I could NEVER leave the room @ the same time ‘til we left for the concert & coming back to hotel after concert staff AGAIN had to come to the room to open door, which meant he had to LEAVE THE DESK UNATTENDED!! Not cool @ all. Staff was excellent though, ALWAYS ACCOMMODATING!! Jay & the rest of the staff SUPER HELPFUL!! Jay was instrumental in getting us TO & FROM the concert;stayed on phone with UBER DRIVER to make sure we got back to the hotel safely. Jay was absolutely wonderful/helpful ! The keycard situation was the only thing that put a downer on the stay.As soon as friday night desk person saw FLASHING LIGHT on key pad he knew the PAD needed a new battery. Maintenance came the morning of checkout to replace key pad
