Heat did not work. Room was freezing all night. Refrigerator did not work. Had to throw our food out. TV did not work. Floors were terribly dirty with sticky spills that had dried dirt.

Was not at all happy with the room or the fact that the heater did not work, buttons were broken.
Positives:
Above floor surfaces (dresser, table, sink/counter, toilet, tub, and hanging rack) we're nicely cleaned. Larger than average mini fridge with freezer worked great! The bedding was clean but the blankets were very thin. Quiet location with ample parking.
Negatives:
Room was overpowered with the smell of mothballs. Floors could have been cleaned better, my socks got dirty (and hairy) walking on them the first night and there was quite a bit of dust and such in the corners. The beds were ample in size but one had a pit in it so I had to rotate the mattress so I didn't sleep in it. The pillows left much to be desired.
