Convenient location with proximity to restaurants and the interstate. Everything in Cleveland was booked so it was good to find this accommodation.
Negatives:
Had to wait for room to be cleaned. No soap or cups in room. Mirrors were streaky and had white film. No liner in one little trash can in room. Hairball on floor bath bathroom vanity. We were awakened at 10 AM by a staff member because the room below us flooded and it turned out that our sink pipes were leaking. The staff member put our towels on the floor to soak up water and said he would bring dry towels back but he never returned so we did not have clean, dry towels.

After attempting to check in I was told it would 45 minutes until room was clean. I arrived at 4:15 my check in time was 4pm. I then after waiting 45 minutes was told my room was no longer available

Didn’t see where there was a breakfast. Property is in disrepair. Toilet seat was barely fastened to toilet. I only stayed because this was the last hotel at a decent rate for a concert. I should have rethought my choice. I’ve stayed at other Red Roofs tgat we’re at a much higher standard.

towels are clean and location is nice. Some staff are really helpful. easy to park.

Broken lights, bulbs out, roaches, bathroom issues, no desk light in some rooms, remotes always need changed for one that works from the office, ac smelly like cat pee. ( they bought new curtains for each room but cannot get an exterminator to get roaches out of the air vents in bathrooms in multiple rooms. I even have purchased my own liquid plumber to clean the shower drains so im not showering in a pool. This place reminds me of a place that is just about to be boarded up.
