The beds were clean and comfortable. Nothing else.
Negatives:
Pet charge of $25 each for 2 pets that we don't allow out of their crates, partly because the room is filthy. The floor had obviously not been mopped. Don't charge me extra when you're not going to do anything extra to the room. The towel rack was broken and sitting in a corner.
The breakfast was nearly nonexistent. There were nicely prepare eggs, but no plates available. There was a pot of old coffee sitting near the broken coffee urn. The staff was audible in another room, but unresponsive. Meager selection.

The location of the hotel and the parking for trailers was nice. There is a gas station and a few other things within walking distance.
Negatives:
The building is just getting old so things are as expected. There were a lot of what seemed like out of town workers and some seemed a bit rough.

BAYMOUNT cancelled my reservation when i was on the road to hotel. Very rude and yelled at me and put his cell in my face. Wouldn't help find another place to stay. They had flooding. My reservation was made in June. So sad.

The one and only positive was that the air conditioner was nice and quiet!

This was the dirtiest place we’ve stayed in. Every inch of our room was dirty. Sheets, covers, carpet, tile, etc. The entire hotel smelled. There was a fan in the entry way that had a room deodorant to try and cover the smell. There were wires exposed hanging from the ceiling on the first floor. We didn’t have breakfast because my husband said it looked bad. We should have left after inspecting the room. We are requesting our money back.

Manager is amazing! Very friendly, very accommodating. Rooms are always clean and pristine.

Room was near washing machine and other guests rudely yelling down the hallways about machine not working. Also Hotel is right by freeway, so no scenery other that freeway and parking lot.
