Baymont by Wyndham Washington Court House

Negatives: There was no regular coffee available at 8:00 in the morning. They only had decaf. And they wouldn't make any more coffee. The coffee in the room was not very good. Also the bathroom floor wasn't clean.

Negatives: This was the absolute worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely filthy. Towels and bedding were so dirty we had to ask for new and remake the beds. The room had a smell to it that was making my children cough and now we all have sore throats. Floors hadn’t been vacuumed for what looked like months. Trash all over the room, hallways, and out in the parking lot. Walls all torn up. Ceilings had big cracks and mold. Heater was old, in disrepair, and emitted a bad smell and noise when on. Hair all over the walls and floor in the bathroom. Tub had a hole repair that was not water tight. The coffee and cups in the room had beard hair, dust, and toothpaste from who knows how many previous guests. I wouldn’t even touch the chair that was in the room. The pool room had no heat, so was like swimming outside in the winter. The water was warm and was steaming due to how cold the room was. The hot tub has been converted to some sort of dead plant sanctuary. The sauna is now storage. Refused to eat breakfast or let my children eat breakfast due to the non-cleanliness of the property. I did look at the breakfast area though and everything was shared. One cup for everyone to use for the waffle batter, a gallon jug of milk for everyone to share, gravy was burnt, breakfast area and floors were filthy. The level of filth in this hotel is a health hazard. I didn’t take pictures of everything, but still have so many that it doesn’t let me add them all. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Negatives: Charged me 4 times for no reason 110 140 110 29 was suppose to be only 240$

Negatives: Needs updating but the facility was clean

Negatives: Said my card was denied when it clearly was usable. I had chosen pay at property but they tried to run it before I arrived. I don't like that. If I choose pay at property that's what I am doing. Don't try to charge my card prior. One of the lights in my room didn't work. I'm guessing it needed a new bulb. T also don't understand why the hot water doesn't get hot. Warm but not hot.

Negatives: Breaskfast very limited

Negatives: Pet charge of $25 each for 2 pets that we don't allow out of their crates, partly because the room is filthy. The floor had obviously not been mopped. Don't charge me extra when you're not going to do anything extra to the room. The towel rack was broken and sitting in a corner. The breakfast was nearly nonexistent. There were nicely prepare eggs, but no plates available. There was a pot of old coffee sitting near the broken coffee urn. The staff was audible in another room, but unresponsive. Meager selection.

Negatives: The building is just getting old so things are as expected. There were a lot of what seemed like out of town workers and some seemed a bit rough.

Negatives: Management yelled and was very rude and did not care about the spot they put me in.
