Cost of an early check in. I arrived at 12:30. I called if there was a chance of an early check in. There was a room available at 9 am when I called so why would they charge me. If there was a room available.

The location was great near a lot right in the heart of the downtown scene. Room was nice and clean decent size. Room service available as well.
Negatives:
Very inconvenient parking nowhere to park outside of the parking garage for $13.50 a night which I would have liked to know about before agreeing to the room. It’s right next to the university which is great but the noise from outside at night is ridiculous needs better sound proofing on the exterior rooms.
