The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I love the location of this hotel as it is close to shops, restaurants and Kent State University. The staff is super friendly as well.
Negatives:
I wish they still offered a grab and go breakfast for free. I feel it is a bit pricy especially since no breakfast is included

The location is great! Lots of different restaurants and places to visit while there. Also, the balcony is a bonus!!! Great view. Quiet and clean. Staff was Amazing going above and beyond to help us when we needed it!
