Negatives: It looks nicer than it really is. And the staff is not very nice and it’s not very clean

Negatives: Parking lot has huge pot holes. It WILL damage your car. We witnessed a older person from out of state tear off their entire bumper from a huge pot hole in the hotel parking lot. Rooms are super dated and DIRTY. Our bed was super crooked and lop sided so we looked closer and the entire box spring was caved in under the mattress. Upon finding that we noticed how dirty the mattress was and there was no cover over it besides a normal sheet. That sheet was very dirty had spots on it and what looked like mascara marks as well. I noticed something under the bed so I grabbed it and it was a package of used eyelashes super gross. The curtains we see through so we had to tack a blanket over the windows for privacy

Negatives: The mattress was ripped up, like a dog chewed on it. And there were cock roaches. Eneded up leaving within my first hour there.

Negatives: Stains in tub looks like blood no shower head noises all night in hall place is run down pot holes in lot huge police showed up don’t know reason

Negatives: The pictures and the actual place are NOT similar AT ALL, place smells like mold, and rooms are so humid that you can not breathe in it. Sheets are dirty, bathroomis dirty. The whole facility is very run down. Some rooms have broken doornubs and lock. I was given a room with the lock broken, I literally walked out of the room with the broken lock in my hand. The whole place feels sketchy. And overall, very dirty. The staff was nice, though. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I had to change my room 3 times after checking in, and each room was worse than the other. I had to cancel my reservation and put a request for a refund within 5 minutesof checkingin. I have emailed the manager twice now, and they still have not gotten back to me. I even called the hotel twice, hoping to get a hold of management, but they were not available. I'm still waiting to hear back. I was genuinely afraid to stay there. It doesn't seem to be safe.

Negatives: The reception area was very very messy like someone lived back there. There were bags and construction materials. Staff wasn’t too knowledgeable.

Negatives: It was the dirtiest place I ever stayed in.

Negatives: Was run down and dirty and had bugs. The whole place was dirty, hallways and rooms alike. The TV didn’t work which was fine we didn’t need it anyway. The carpet was dirty and ragged. The bathroom was small and rundown, the tub and sink drains were clogged and barely let water run out. One of the wall lamps power cord was cut in two. It had a broken phone that wasn’t even hooked up. I will never stay at this property again. It should be closed down and completely remodeled.

Negatives: I didn’t even stay here because it looked unsafe and I’ve been trying to get a refund but the staff at the property has been incredibly unhelpful
