Positives: The office staff - very helpful

Negatives: This is a very old hotel that needs a lot of work done. The rug in my room was very stained. The bed was like sleeping on the box springs - very hard and unforgiving. Door to the room was very dicey - a strong wind could have blown the door open.

Positives: Location was good, the employee at the counter was friendly and did his job well

Negatives: The place is falling down looks like they are working on it but its dirty smells awful. Carpet in the room was even sticky. I will know better than to stay there next time no wonder the reservation was not refundable. Do not stay here!!

Negatives: I paid for a king suite, but when i got there, i was given a regular room, that was absolutely nasty, only 1 bed, no balcony like i pd for, nopull out couch, no in room jacuzzi, etc.. i pd. For a nice room, and got a room not suitable for an animal.. jighly disappointed..

Positives: The room I had was fine. It was clean, no bugs or trash. I felt safe in there. . Good people working though, they just have their work cut out for them.

Negatives: This place needs a lot of renovation, I felt kind of ashamed to be so expecting of the place for as little as I paid. This place is dirty until you enter the room. There were cigarette burns and stains on the blankets and pillows.The hall and the outside somewhat frightened me. Broken windows, old damaged curtains. Continental breakfast offered but not recieved, but I wouldnt have eaten it anyway. dirty outside of the room.

Negatives: Front desk people are not very welcoming. The hallways smell like marihuana. Room seemed clean but extremely outdated, everything is too old. AC I think is from the 60s or 70s. Bed wasn't very comfortable.
