The location was great, clean room, mini fridge & microwave in the room were nice too.
Negatives:
The breakfast was just ok. Eggs and sausage weren't great. 2 chairs we sat at next to waffle machines were hard to get in and out of. When I arrived, no one was at front desk. Had to wait a while. Same thing when I was leaving, staff was busy vacuuming and not paying attention to desk.

We made other plans in a mad dash just a few hours before our arrival. Am not happy about this!

Positives:
Breakfast was GREAT. Debbie was a super host that went beyond the call of duty. Fresh cookies!! The room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
The room was to be a handicap room. Just adding one grab bar does not suffice for compling. I am on a walker or a cane, had I been in a wheelchair it would have been impossible to stay there.

Negatives:
Customer service when booking in was a problem. Hotel was not able to confirm reservation through Booking.com which lead to not being able to check-in. I was notified I would need to contact booking.com to contact the hotel or I would need to make a new reservation and maybe I would be reimbursed through Booking.com.

The room itself was great very clean with plenty of space but hotel customer service was poor.

Parking was very difficult as I was towing a trailer and came in late.
