This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, there nothing in it more then any other 3 starts hotel.
I would give it a good grade if it was a 3 start and the price was decent.

The elevator broke halfway through our trip and with my back problems climbing the stairs was a little troubling. Plus they charged me a deposit of $50 for incidentals and I used some of it but not all and they haven’t refunded the balance yet.
