Negatives: Run down, dirty Was greeted by a cleaning person filling in at front desk She said there were no non-smoking rooms clean and she “was too exhausted” from working as a cleaning person that day too so she couldn’t clean one

Positives: The location and how we could last min get the room in short notice.

Negatives: Wasn't the cleanest room and I know we got a smoking room but to me the cleanliness shouldn't be any less than if the room wasn't smoking. We stayed another night and I was surprised the room wasn't discounted or made the same as the night prior since we had already stayed the night prior.
