Negatives: Digital key did not work on exterior side doors

Negatives: Breakfast was just ok, they only have biscuits and gravy one day a week (not sure what day) overall we would stay again and hope breakfast was better the next time. It was Labor Day so possibly could be why it was off a bit, not sure.

Negatives: Pool is small, and when there are a few families swimming, it feels crowded. The water didn't seem very clean, and there were no clean towells the three times we went.

Negatives: Unfriendly desk person, not so clean room.

Negatives: The rug in the room was extremely dirty. The breakfast was ok no to many space to sit. No high chair for kids.

Negatives: Pool area was super warm.

Negatives: The bed was hard & worse the pillows. They were nothing but air and I had 2 of them! Thankfully we each had our own pillow in the car and that made all the difference for the next nights rest.

Negatives: Room had multiple charging ports but only one worked. Toilet was running had to fix.

Negatives: Our king suite had peanuts and M&M’s several places on the carpet. We asked the front desk for extra coffee packets because I have migraines. They said they had none due to none being delivered but coffee was available 4/7 in the lobby. My husband had to head to the lobby for coffee later that evening probably about 10 p.m. and brought it back cold and old. The next night he went to the front desk to break a ten to tip a pizza delivery guy who was on his way. The young man at the desk said he couldn’t break the 10 because it may make him short and for my husband o walk across the street to the gas station for charge and laughed. My husband is in his 60’s and bad knees. My husband told him he didn’t find that humorous. Someone in the lobby generously made change for him. Needless to say my husband came back to the room telling me this young man had been very cocky with him.
