If you are traveling with a sports team and you want to enjoy time socializing and spending time with your friends and other parents, do not choose this hotel. Our swim team is a nationally known swim team. We travel quite often. Never, in all of those travels, have I encountered rudeness like I encountered at this hotel this weekend.
The hotel has posted quiet hours of 10 pm to 6 am. Although I personally feel that’s a bit early for a weekend, our team was sitting outside on the hotel patio quietly talking and enjoying time together around 9 on a Saturday night.
About five minutes after nine one of the hotel staff came out and told us that they were clearing out the lobby in the patio and that everyone in the hotel needed to go to their rooms because the manager was instituting a “early quiet hour.“
At first, we felt like we certainly must have misunderstood, having paid hundreds of dollars to stay at this hotel for two nights. Certainly, we thought we would able to enjoy the facilities and the patio. We stayed outside talking for a few more minutes - at which time the police showed up.
You’re reading that correctly. Hotel management actually called five police officers to come to the hotel and escort its own guests up to their rooms.
It was absolutely ridiculous and truly beyond rude to treat paying guests that way. We’ll never go back.

I couldn't sleep because someone above me was walking around/making a lot of noise. I called down to the front desk, but they couldn't solve the problem. However, I contact the manager later, and she reimbursed me for me stay! I was super impressed by that and, as a result, will always stay at Homewood Suites going forward.

The breakfast was nice. The waffle mix ran out a while before breakfast was over though. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion was very nice. Better than any other place I've ever stayed.

. The fold out couch was super uncomfortable. The furniture was wobbly, not very pretty (scratched), the hair dryer was stuck in the drawer and we couldn't get it out, everytime we went to the front desk we would have to wait a while for someone to come, the sofa sleeper was dirty with crumbs and food when we pulled it out, we had no sheet to fit the sofa sleeper.
