A.C and heater not working in this room. they asked us to move to different room, but with lot of stuff already moved in, very difficult to move . They should have checked before allotting the room.

We liked it all. We had stayed here a few weeks ago and enjoyed it. Close to kings island, enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. Beds were comfy.

The kitchen utensils and silverware were sticky and dirty -- not clean at all. I had to wash my utensils before I used them. The bed was very comfortable.

The beds/pillows were all very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful to have. Room was good. Size a little bigger than other places.

We were on the 2nd floor. Every evening/night we has kids jumping and running around. We had to call the front desk to quite them down. But next night, it all started again (: It went on every night we were there. Also had a bathroom toilet that would periodically "recycle" water .... continued all night and we were unable to sleep well.

All in all the stay was good. The pictures provided on line made the suite look bigger than it was.
