Positives: Friendliness of staff Beds were comfortable Breakfast

Negatives: No bath towels available. Lack of pool towels available; wasn't able to utilize the pool area/hot tub. We actually booked this hotel because it had a hot tub; very disappointing. Carpet in room was half vacuumed. Refrigerator was dirty.

Negatives: The pool was cloudy. I didnt feel comfortable getting in it but then again i went after most weee checking out so maybe thats their time to clean it during change over. Idk

Positives: I liked the location.

Negatives: The hotel was dirty- the hallways & my daughter's room was actually still dirty and she had to be moved to a different room twice because two of the offered rooms were dirty. We had to wait for the housekeeper to clean the room (approximately 35 minutes).
